Two of her siblings, Jofrey and Angelica are both active members of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra. Her parents are both musicians as well. Her mother, Josefina Arrieta-Regalario is an active piano instructor and piano accompanist in Miriam College Music Center. She is the eldest sister of world renowned pianist Rowena Arrieta. Victoria's father, Antonio Regalario was a student of Lucio San Pedro. As composer-arranger and pianist, his choral compositions are well recognized by choral conductors.
